Tinubu brags that the mention of Peter Obi in his presence is an insult to him

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said. Bragging that the name of the presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) should not be mentioned in his presence as it is an insult to him.

Tinubu whike speaking at his campaign rally on Friday, claimed that all the statistics Peter Obi has been giving are wrong and that is not what Nigerians will “Chop”.

Making mockery of his LP opponent, the former Lagos governor said that all the statistics Peter Obi dished out were wrong.

“The other one, that one; he thinks that it is statistics we will chop; in line with arithmetics that no Indian can solve.

“To mention his name is a disgrace to me self. I won’t mention his name; wrong arithmetics, wrong statistics, warehouse economy; that is not what Nigeria needs.” Tinubu said.

Tinubu is known and fond of making mockery of political opponents, saying their names should not be mentioned in his presence as it is an insult to him, however, Tinubu has scandals himself, one of which is stated that he is allegedly a drug dealer amongst many others.

Popular female actor and politician, Funke Akindele happens to be one. According to him, it is a disgrace and an insult for her name to be mentioned before him. He described her as a “Political Ant” compared to the incumbent governor of Lagos and candidate of the APC in the 2023 election, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

“Don’t even bother to mention her name in my presence. It is an insult. It is disrespectful,” Tinubu said.

However, Funke said that God had called her into politics and that’s why she is still there. She says that she sees the sufferings of people and she wants to help in solving it, making Lagos better.

“God has been with me from infancy till I went to school and till now. He chose me to be the deputy governorship candidate of the PDP, despite the crowd that struggled to be chosen.

“I give God all the glory for what he has done. God has always been doing the best for me.
“We were called by God, if not we would have backed out. People have suffered but God has called us and put us forward to come and change the story of Lagos state for the better. The success of Lagos state is ours,” Funke had said.
