Terrorist releases Abducted KadPoly Lecturer, Daughter and Driver still restrained

Dr. Rahmatu Abasrshi, a lecturer at Kaduna Polytechnic who was abducted three weeks ago alongside her daughter and driver has regained freedom.

The Terrorists released the abducted lecturer after negotiations while her daughter Amirah and driver were still in captivity.

The Victims were abducted while returning from a charity mission during the fasting from a village in Lere LGA where she distributed clothes to Internally Displaced Person IDPs

Abdallah Isma’il, a staff of the Barkindo Rahama Initiative founded by Dr. Abarshi stated that the lecturer regained freedom on Tuesday evening and was to a hospital for a medical checkup. But her daughter, Ameerah, and the driver are still held back by the Terrorist.
